Sport through the lens

Last week was pretty bad one. 2 races a day (sometimes this meant 4 runs a day) all the way from Tuesday to Sunday. When you count this all together, this brings one helluwa lot of photos. This was reason why I wanted to do it a bit different.

First question was, do I dare to? I was thinking for quite a while, about World cup finals in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, and the more I was thinking about, more sure I was I will do it no matter what. I’m lucky enough, that we work with agencies and newspapers, which are not too scared to use something different. A bit weird cropping, which is by now already my style is one thing, but should I go so extreme? After quite some thinking I said I will go and do it. So I borrowed TS lens (yeah this is next lens on agency shopping list, I just need to decide which lenght it will be), went out to downhill course and try to do something different.
